Phlebotomy Technician in Louisiana

Louisiana licenses phlebotomists as Clinical Laboratory Personnel through the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. A state license is required, and you must have passed a board-approved national certification exam (the exam agency sends the score directly to the board; the application fee is $40). The official page does not publish a required training-hour count or an in-page list of approved organizations, so we mark those to confirm rather than guess.
