🔴 紧急情况——倒车事故或料斗起火
This is 911 — I have a fire in the hopper, truck is stopped at [street], everyone stay clear.
拨打 911 报告料斗起火,报出街道位置,并让人员远离。
Someone's behind the truck — stop, stop, stop!
倒车时若有人在车后,立即大喊停车。
This is 911 — a worker is struck by the truck at [street], he's conscious, send an ambulance.
报告有人被车撞伤:位置、意识状态,并请求救护车。
与调度/路线主管沟通
Dispatch, I'm running about twenty minutes behind on Route 9 — heavy traffic.
向调度报告因交通拥堵路线晚点。
The truck's hydraulics are acting up — I need a swap or a mechanic to look at it.
报告车辆故障,请求换车或派维修人员检修。
居民询问收运情况
