Free practice for the Food Handler and Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) exams, based on the public-domain FDA Food Code, with Chinese and Spanish explanations. These exams are genuinely offered in several languages depending on the accredited provider you choose: the CFPM manager exam in Chinese, Korean and Japanese (via ServSafe or NRFSP); the Food Handler assessment in Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean (via ServSafe); Spanish everywhere. How a food establishment meets the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) requirement varies by state. Most states require at least one CFPM on staff and accept any nationally ANAB-CFP-accredited exam (ServSafe, NRFSP, and others) — so the exam language is set by the provider you choose, not the state, and the manager exam is genuinely available in Chinese, Korean and Japanese (plus Spanish everywhere) nationwide. Texas licenses its own exams (English/Spanish, with a licensed vendor adding Vietnamese and Mandarin) and New York City runs its own exam in 37 languages. Always confirm the current rule with your state or local health department.

Requirement and accepted-certification facts are confirmed from each state's official page (linked per row). Most states accept any nationally ANAB-CFP-accredited manager exam, so the exam LANGUAGE is set by the provider you pick (ServSafe/NRFSP offer Chinese, Korean and Japanese; Spanish is everywhere), not by the state — the exception is Texas's own DSHS-licensed exams and New York City's city exam. Pass marks and fees marked “to confirm” were not published on the official page. Always verify the current rule with your state or local health department before you register.
