  • The real written test is in English. Use the Chinese / Spanish explanations to learn the material, and learn the key English nursing terms — you'll see them on the test.

🗺️ What language is the real written test in?

English is available nationwide. A few states/vendors also offer the WRITTEN test in Spanish, and Massachusetts offers it in Chinese. In most NNAAP states, Spanish is available only as an ORAL exam (read aloud) — not a Spanish written test. Our Chinese & Spanish explanations are a learning aid; you should also learn the English nursing terms.
