What it looks like
A vertical white rectangle with black legend reading PASS WITH CARE in bold capital letters.
When you'll see it
Posted at the end of a no-passing zone, where sight distance opens up again after a hill, curve, or other restricted section.
What to do
You may pass other vehicles from here when the way ahead is clear and it is safe to do so; passing is no longer prohibited.
