The North-Carolina-specific state-law layer of the real estate BROKER exam — N.C.G.S. Chapter 93A (License Law), NCREC Rules (21 NCAC 58A), the WWREA agency disclosure, RPOADS + MOG seller disclosures, the Connor Act recording statute, deed-of-trust foreclosure, and NC tax/landlord-tenant law. ⚠️ North Carolina has NO salesperson license — the entry license is a broker (provisional broker). NC gives a two-part exam: a National section (see our National Real Estate bank) plus a North Carolina State section (60 scored items); you must pass both at 75%. This bank covers the NC State section. The exam is administered in English — Chinese and Spanish here are study aids only and do not change the official test language.
