💡 Mẹo Ngày Thi

  • The Virginia knowledge exam has two parts: Part 1 is 10 traffic-sign questions (you must answer all 10 correctly), and Part 2 is general multiple-choice questions (you must answer at least 80% correctly).
  • If you fail the knowledge exam and are under 18, by law you must wait a full 15 days before retaking it.
  • Virginia's BAC limit is 0.08% for drivers 21 and older and 0.02% for drivers under 21. Refusing a breath test triggers Administrative License Suspension.
  • Virginia uses a demerit point system: accumulating too many points (12, 18, or 24 in fixed periods) can require the Driver Improvement Program or lead to suspension.
  • In Virginia you must move over or slow down for stopped emergency vehicles, and you must always stop for a stopped school bus loading or unloading children.
