California Real Estate — State Law Practice Test 2026
The California-specific law layer of the real estate Salesperson exam — DRE Real Estate Law (Business & Professions Code Division 4), the Commissioner's Regulations (10 CCR), and the California Civil Code. California gives one combined 150-question exam (national/general material + California law); the general half is in our National Real Estate bank, and this bank covers the California-law layer. The exam is administered in English — Chinese and Spanish here are study aids only and do not change the official test language.
