Georgia Real Estate — State Law Practice Test 2026

The Georgia-specific state-law layer of the real estate Salesperson exam — O.C.G.A. Title 43 Chapter 40 (License Law / GREC), GREC Rules (Chapter 520), BRRETA (O.C.G.A. §10-6A, agency), and Georgia property/foreclosure/tax statutes. Georgia gives a two-part exam: a National portion (see our National Real Estate bank) plus a Georgia State Law portion (52 scored items); you must pass both at 75%. This bank covers the Georgia State Law portion. The exam is administered in English — Chinese and Spanish here are study aids only and do not change the official test language.
