New Jersey Real Estate — State Law Practice Test 2026

The New Jersey-specific law layer of the real estate Salesperson exam — Title 45 Chapter 15, N.J.S.A. (Real Estate License Act) and Title 11 Chapter 5, N.J.A.C. (NJ Real Estate Commission rules), plus related New Jersey statutes (Consumer Fraud Act, Law Against Discrimination, Realty Transfer Fee, Fair Foreclosure Act). New Jersey gives one combined 110-question exam (national principles + New Jersey law), 70% overall to pass; the national half is in our National Real Estate bank, and this bank covers the New Jersey-law layer. The exam is administered in English — Chinese and Spanish here are study aids only and do not change the official test language.
