Texas Real Estate — State Law Practice Test 2026
The Texas-specific state-law portion of the real estate Sales Agent exam — TRELA (Occupations Code Ch. 1101), TREC rules (22 TAC), and Texas statutes. Texas gives a two-part exam: a National portion (see our National Real Estate bank) plus a 40-question Texas State Law portion; you must pass both. This bank covers the Texas State Law portion. The exam is administered in English — Chinese and Spanish here are study aids only and do not change the official test language.
