Florida Real Estate — State Law Practice Test 2026
The Florida-specific law layer of the real estate Sales Associate exam — Chapter 475 Part I, Florida Statutes (License Law / FREC) and Chapter 61J2, F.A.C. (FREC rules), plus related Florida statutes. Florida gives one combined 100-question exam (national principles + Florida law + math); the national half and math are in our National Real Estate bank, and this bank covers the Florida-law layer. The exam is administered in English — Chinese and Spanish here are study aids only and do not change the official test language.
